WELCOME TO BESINLY

BeSinly is a platform that empowers content creators and connects them with their audiences. Our community is built on respect, authenticity, and creativity. These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior we expect from all users to maintain a safe, welcoming, and legal environment.

By using BeSinly, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.


1. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES

The following activities result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

1.1 Child Safety

ABSOLUTE ZERO TOLERANCE. Any content or activity involving minors (anyone under 18 years of age) is strictly prohibited:

- No content depicting, describing, or soliciting minors in any sexual, suggestive, or inappropriate context
- No grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of minors
- No child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- No age play, school uniforms, or content designed to sexualize minors
- No solicitation or facilitation of contact with minors
- All individuals depicted in content must be verifiably 18 years or older

We actively monitor for CSAM and report violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

1.2 Non-Consensual Content

- No revenge porn or intimate images shared without consent
- No deepfakes, face swaps, or manipulated media depicting real individuals without consent
- No content obtained through hacking, spying, or unauthorized access
- No hidden camera footage or recordings made without knowledge
- No sexually explicit content shared without the depicted person's consent
- No doxxing or sharing private information without consent

1.3 Human Trafficking and Exploitation

- No facilitation, promotion, or depiction of human trafficking
- No forced participation or coerced content creation
- No content suggesting lack of agency or freedom of individuals depicted
- No recruitment or facilitation of prostitution or escort services

1.4 Illegal Activities

- No content depicting or promoting illegal activities
- No sale or promotion of illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband
- No fraud, scams, or financial crimes
- No terrorism, extremism, or incitement to violence
- No money laundering or other financial crimes


2. CONTENT STANDARDS

2.1 Prohibited Content Categories

The following types of content are prohibited on BeSinly:

Violence and Gore:
- Extreme violence, torture, or graphic injury
- Content depicting death or dying individuals
- Animal cruelty or abuse
- Self-harm, suicide, or content promoting dangerous activities
- Excessive blood, gore, or dismemberment

Non-Consensual Acts:
- Rape, sexual assault, or non-consensual sexual activity
- Incapacitation (unconscious, drugged, intoxicated individuals)
- Coercion, blackmail, or forced sexual activity
- Voyeurism or invasion of privacy

Illegal Sexual Content:
- Bestiality or sexual acts involving animals
- Necrophilia or sexual content involving deceased individuals
- Incest (real or realistically simulated)
- Feces, urine, vomit, or scat content (prohibited on most platforms)
- Content violating obscenity laws in applicable jurisdictions

Hateful Content:
- Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence based on:
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Religion or religious affiliation
- Sexual orientation or gender identity
- Disability or medical condition
- Age, veteran status, or other protected characteristics
- Nazi symbols, white supremacy, or hate group imagery
- Holocaust denial or promotion of genocide
- Slurs, derogatory language, or dehumanization

Harassment and Bullying:
- Targeted harassment, bullying, or intimidation
- Stalking or unwanted contact after being blocked
- Threats of violence or harm
- Doxxing or sharing private information
- Malicious impersonation
- Coordinated harassment campaigns

Spam and Manipulation:
- Spam, repetitive messages, or unsolicited bulk content
- Fake accounts, bots, or automated activity
- Vote manipulation or artificial engagement
- Misleading metadata, tags, or descriptions
- Clickbait or deceptive content
- Phishing or malware distribution

Intellectual Property Violations:
- Copyrighted content without authorization
- Trademark infringement
- Unauthorized use of brand names or logos
- Counterfeit goods or pirated content

2.2 Sensitive Content That Requires Warnings

The following content is allowed but must be properly labeled:

- Graphic sexual content (explicit warning required)
- Artistic nudity with educational or artistic value
- Discussions of trauma, abuse, or sensitive topics
- Content with flashing lights (epilepsy warning)
- Content depicting blood or medical procedures


3. RESPECTFUL INTERACTIONS

3.1 Communication Standards

All users must engage respectfully:

- Treat others with dignity and respect
- No harassment, threats, or intimidation
- No unsolicited sexual messages or advances
- No hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language
- No impersonation or misleading identity claims
- Respect boundaries and consent

3.2 Consent and Boundaries

- Always respect other users' boundaries
- Accept "no" gracefully without pressure or harassment
- Do not share private conversations without permission
- Do not pressure creators for specific content
- No solicitation of offline meetings or personal contact
- Respect content creators' pricing and payment requirements

3.3 Subscriber Conduct

Subscribers must:
- Not share, redistribute, or leak paid content
- Not record, screenshot, or download content without permission
- Not harass creators for refunds after consuming content
- Not attempt to circumvent payment systems
- Not request illegal or prohibited content
- Respect creators' content boundaries and limitations


4. CONTENT CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Verification and Authenticity

Content creators must:
- Complete full identity verification with valid government ID
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Accurately represent themselves and their content
- Verify the age and identity of all individuals appearing in content
- Maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
- Not use fake profiles or misleading information

4.2 Content Ownership and Rights

Creators must:
- Own or have rights to all content they upload
- Not upload stolen, pirated, or unauthorized content
- Maintain proof of consent from all individuals depicted
- Not impersonate other individuals or brands
- Not use copyrighted material without authorization
- Credit collaborators and obtain proper releases

4.3 Honest Representation

Creators must:
- Accurately describe their content and offerings
- Not mislead subscribers about content type or availability
- Clearly disclose pricing, subscription terms, and limitations
- Not make false promises or guarantees
- Disclose any AI-generated or heavily edited content
- Be transparent about their services and boundaries

4.4 Professional Conduct

Creators should:
- Respond to subscriber inquiries professionally
- Handle complaints and disputes respectfully
- Maintain consistent content quality and posting schedules
- Communicate changes to subscription terms clearly
- Protect subscriber privacy and personal information
- Build authentic relationships with their audience

4.5 Prohibited Creator Activities

Creators may not:
- Direct subscribers to other platforms to avoid fees
- Share personal contact information to circumvent the platform
- Engage in prostitution, escort services, or illegal activities
- Sell or transfer their account to another person
- Use the platform for non-adult services without permission
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Manipulate algorithm or engagement through artificial means


5. AUTHENTIC AND TRANSPARENT CONTENT

5.1 Authenticity Requirements

- No impersonation of other individuals, celebrities, or public figures
- No fake accounts or misleading profiles
- No catfishing or deceptive identity claims
- Clearly disclose if content is parody, satire, or role-play
- Disclose use of AI, filters, or heavy editing that alters appearance

5.2 Misleading Content

Do not post:
- Fake news or deliberate misinformation
- Manipulated media presented as authentic
- Deceptive thumbnails or titles
- False health claims or medical misinformation
- Scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent offers
- Fake reviews or testimonials

5.3 Commercial Transparency

- Clearly disclose sponsored content and partnerships
- Be transparent about affiliate relationships
- Accurately represent products or services
- No false advertising or deceptive marketing
- Comply with FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials


6. SAFETY AND SECURITY

6.1 Account Security

Users must:
- Keep login credentials confidential
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
- Not share accounts with others
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- Not attempt to access others' accounts

6.2 Platform Integrity

Users may not:
- Hack, crack, or circumvent security measures
- Use exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities
- DDoS, spam, or disrupt platform services
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile the platform
- Create tools to automate or manipulate the platform

6.3 Privacy Protection

- Do not share others' private information (addresses, phone numbers, IDs)
- Respect others' privacy and confidentiality
- Do not screenshot or record private conversations without consent
- Do not track, stalk, or surveil other users
- Report privacy violations to help@besinly.com


7. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 Respecting Copyright

- Only upload content you own or have rights to use
- Obtain proper licenses for music, images, or video clips
- Do not upload pirated movies, TV shows, or copyrighted content
- Respond promptly to DMCA takedown notices
- Maintain documentation of rights and permissions

7.2 Your Intellectual Property

We respect your rights:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant BeSinly a license to host and distribute your content
- Report copyright infringement to: help@besinly.com
- We respond to valid DMCA notices
- Repeat infringers will have accounts terminated

7.3 Trademark and Branding

- Do not use BeSinly logos or branding without permission
- Do not create fake BeSinly accounts or impersonate staff
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with BeSinly
- Do not use trademarked names or logos of other companies


8. FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

8.1 Payment Conduct

- Do not engage in fraudulent transactions
- Do not initiate chargebacks for received content
- Do not attempt to circumvent payment processing
- Use legitimate payment methods only
- Report suspicious financial activity

8.2 Money Laundering Prevention

- Provide accurate identity and banking information
- Comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
- Do not use BeSinly to launder money or hide illicit funds
- Report suspicious financial activity
- Cooperate with financial audits and investigations

8.3 Tax Compliance

Content creators must:
- Report earnings accurately for tax purposes
- Provide accurate tax information (W-9, W-8BEN, etc.)
- Pay all applicable taxes on earnings
- Maintain financial records as required by law
- Not use BeSinly to evade taxes


9. GEOGRAPHIC AND LEGAL RESTRICTIONS

9.1 Geographic Availability

- BeSinly may not be available in all jurisdictions
- Do not use VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Comply with local laws regarding adult content
- Do not access the platform from prohibited regions
- Some features may be restricted based on location

9.2 Legal Compliance

Users must:
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Not use the platform for illegal activities
- Understand and follow laws regarding adult content in their jurisdiction
- Comply with age restrictions and consent laws
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement and BeSinly

9.3 Age Verification

- All users must be 18+ (or age of majority in their jurisdiction)
- Content creators must verify age with government-issued ID
- All individuals depicted in content must be verifiably 18+
- Maintain records of age verification as required by law
- False age claims result in immediate termination


10. REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

10.1 How to Report Violations

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

- Use the in-platform reporting tools
- Email: help@besinly.com
- Provide specific details: URLs, usernames, descriptions
- Include screenshots or evidence when possible
- For urgent safety concerns, contact law enforcement

We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.

10.2 What Happens After Reporting

- Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team
- We may request additional information
- Actions are taken based on severity and violation history
- Reporters may receive updates on actions taken
- Confidentiality of reporters is maintained

10.3 Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

- Warning and educational notice
- Content removal
- Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)
- Permanent account termination
- IP ban and device ban
- Forfeiture of account balance
- Reporting to law enforcement
- Legal action for damages

Severe violations (CSAM, trafficking, violence) result in immediate permanent ban and law enforcement reporting.

10.4 Appeals Process

If you believe your account was wrongly suspended:

- Email: help@besinly.com with "Appeal" in subject line
- Include your username and case details
- Explain why you believe the action was incorrect
- Provide any relevant evidence
- Appeals are reviewed within 5-10 business days
- Decisions on appeals are final

Appeals are not available for:
- CSAM or child exploitation
- Human trafficking
- Extreme violence
- Verified illegal activity


11. PLATFORM CONDUCT

11.1 Commercial Use Guidelines

- Personal adult content creation is permitted
- Commercial porn production requires separate licensing
- No multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
- No unauthorized business solicitation
- Affiliate marketing must be clearly disclosed

11.2 Bot and Automation Policy

- No automated bots or scripts without permission
- No mass messaging or spam automation
- No fake engagement or artificial followers
- No scraping or data harvesting
- Authorized APIs must follow rate limits

11.3 Multiple Accounts

- Users may have one personal account
- Creators may request additional accounts for different personas
- No ban evasion through alternate accounts
- No sockpuppet accounts for review manipulation
- All accounts must be verified independently


12. HEALTH AND WELLBEING

12.1 Mental Health Support

If you're struggling:
- Seek professional help from licensed mental health providers
- Contact crisis hotlines: 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)
- Report self-harm content to help@besinly.com
- We may remove content glorifying self-harm
- Resources available at: www.besinly.com/resources

12.2 Substance Use

- No promotion of illegal drug use
- No firearms or weapons sales
- Alcohol or cannabis content must comply with local laws
- No content depicting dangerous intoxication
- No promotion of prescription drug abuse

12.3 Dangerous Activities

Do not post content depicting:
- Extreme physical challenges that risk serious injury
- Instructions for dangerous stunts or activities
- Promotion of eating disorders or harmful diets
- Reckless driving or illegal street racing
- Instructions for making weapons or explosives


13. SPECIAL CONTENT CATEGORIES

13.1 Roleplay and Fantasy

Allowed with clear disclaimers:
- Age regression roleplay (with clear statement all participants are 18+)
- BDSM and kink content (consensual only)
- Fantasy scenarios (with clear fiction disclaimers)
- Cosplay and character portrayal

Must not include:
- Anything suggesting actual minors
- Actual non-consent or harm
- Real illegal activity

13.2 Educational and Artistic Content

Permitted with appropriate context:
- Sex education and sexual health information
- Artistic nudity and fine art
- Documentary or news coverage
- Medical or scientific content
- Historical or cultural content

13.3 Satire and Parody

- Must be clearly labeled as satire or parody
- Cannot violate other guidelines (no hateful parody)
- Should not be misleading or deceptive
- Impersonation for parody must be obvious


14. COLLABORATION AND CO-CREATION

14.1 Collaborating with Other Creators

When collaborating:
- Obtain written consent from all participants
- Verify age and identity of all collaborators
- Agree on content ownership and revenue sharing
- Document consent and releases
- Credit all participants appropriately

14.2 User-Generated Requests

For custom content requests:
- You may decline any request
- Do not accept requests for prohibited content
- Clearly communicate boundaries and limitations
- Set fair pricing for custom work
- Deliver content as promised or refund


15. EVOLVING GUIDELINES

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to address new challenges and reflect community feedback. Material changes will be announced via email and platform notifications.

Last updated: February 27, 2026

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts at our discretion, even for conduct not explicitly listed in these guidelines.
